NightList Materials

NightList, including the NightList name, logos, wordmarks, software, source code, object code, screen designs, interfaces, visual assets, templates, documentation, email designs, product flows, workflows, copy, databases, compilations, and other platform materials, is owned by NightList or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, mirror, frame, scrape, resell, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, extract, or create derivative works from NightList or any NightList materials except as allowed by law or with written permission from NightList.

These restrictions apply to the web app, mobile app, backend services, API behavior, admin tools, guest wallet, QR and door workflows, onboarding flows, email templates, and any other NightList-controlled product surface.

No Cloning or Competitive Misuse

Access to NightList does not give you permission to copy the product, create a confusingly similar service, reuse NightList screens or assets, harvest NightList data, benchmark NightList for competitive purposes, or use NightList materials to train, build, or improve a competing product without written permission.

User and Event Content

Venues, promoters, teams, and guests may submit content such as event names, descriptions, flyers, venue images, guest names, task proof, and related materials. You keep ownership of content you own, but you grant NightList a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, transmit, and use that content as needed to operate, promote, secure, and improve NightList and the events managed through NightList.

You are responsible for making sure you have all rights and permissions needed for anything you upload or submit to NightList.

Prohibited Content

  • Do not upload copyrighted flyers, photographs, videos, logos, music, artwork, or brand assets unless you own them or have permission.
  • Do not use NightList to impersonate another person, venue, promoter, brand, or event.
  • Do not remove copyright notices or rights management information from content.
  • Do not submit content that violates another party's privacy, publicity, trademark, or other rights.

Copyright Complaints

If you believe content on NightList infringes your copyright, send a notice to copyright@nightlist.app with:

  • Your full name and contact information.
  • A description of the copyrighted work you believe was infringed.
  • The NightList URL, event, account, or other information sufficient for us to locate the material.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury where applicable, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act for the owner.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

Response and Repeat Infringers

NightList may remove or disable access to content that appears to infringe copyright, notify the user who submitted it, and terminate accounts of repeat infringers where appropriate. We may reject incomplete, abusive, or fraudulent notices.

Counter-Notices

If your content was removed and you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to copyright@nightlist.app with your contact information, identification of the removed material, a statement explaining why you believe removal was mistaken, and any other information required by applicable law.
