How To Request Deletion
To request deletion of your NightList account, email privacy@nightlist.app from the email address connected to your NightList account.
Include your name, account email, phone number if one is linked, and the words "Account deletion request" in your message.
What We Delete
After verifying the request, we will delete or de-identify personal account information where required, including profile details and account credentials. We may also unlink Google account identifiers and phone verification data from your account.
What May Be Retained
Some records may be retained where needed for security, fraud prevention, event operations, dispute resolution, legal compliance, accounting, or legitimate business records. This may include check-in history, event audit logs, guestlist records, support records, and security logs.
Timing
We aim to process verified deletion requests within a reasonable period required by applicable law. We may ask for additional information if needed to verify account ownership.
